PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AS IT WILL HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE ORDERING PROCESS.

All prints ordered through this website are printed on E-surface or Kodak Metallic photo paper unless stated otherwise.
You have the option to crop the images you're ordering to your liking. Keep in mind that the cropped image needs to fit the selected format (i.e. 5x7, 8x10 etc.) Most posted images should not need any cropping and if you do choose to use that tool, you are assuming full responsibility for your editing. Cropping a little less is always better then cropping a little too much.

A note on copyright: All images are copyrighted by Vivid Visions Photography (yes, even though they may be images of you, the photographer owns the copyright, such is the law). The only way to purchase the copyright is to buy the digital file, in which case you'll have the right to reproduce the image any way you see fit. Photo labs will not make copies of a print.
The images are watermarked and right-click-protected. Once you purchase any products (prints, digital download, specialty products) the watermark is removed. All orders are fulfilled by a third party photo finishers (with the exception of digital downloads) and any customer service issues need to be dealt with through them. In our experience, their customer service level is excellent, however, should you experience anything less please contact us and we'll gladly resolve the issue on your behalf.
Please allow 7-10 days for any print order processing, up to 3 weeks for specialty products. Digital downloads are available immediately upon your payment. Payments accepted through this site include all major credit cards and Paypal.

Please note: It is illegal for you to purchase images of someone other than yourself and your family. As it would be almost impossible (and certainly not very practical) to password-protect images for each family separately (this applies to snowmobiling and dog sledding photos, private photo shoots such as proposals, weddings and custom assignments ARE password protected), all images are accessible to everyone. If we ever have to password-protect every family's images, ordering will become hell for everyone. So PLEASE don't.

Feel free to contact us with any questions.
